While you are getting fit, you could be having fun too. We run over 20 classes a week, so you will be certain to find something suitable which can fit into your daily routine.
You can choose from 16 different class types a week of varying intensity, each offering specific benefits. For instance, you could join a high energy class such as Cardio Attack, which will burn the maximum number of calories and improve your fitness in the shortest possible time.
Alternatively, you could go for the more gentle 'mind, body and soul' experience of Tae Bo or Pilates to increase flexibility, agility and build strength or there are the thoroughly enjoyable and social dance classes including Dance Fit, to improve co-ordination and fancy moves.
